The Kitchen

Nothing was to be wasted, not even the drop of oil that remained attached to the bottle, so it was collected with the finger, tasted and smiled, because it was good. And good were they, our grandmothers and aunts, who in their kitchens had their roots and handed down stories, gestures, habits; in an interweaving of flavors, smells and words. Point by point, we will slowly offer what care and history have taught us.
